350 Trees and shrubs have been planted in the Catstream since 2023.

This workparty is to ensure these plants are well protected from Beavers by securing fencing around them. Mulching is neccessary to decrease weed pressure, and to increase water retention.

We will mulch the trails as well to ensure we can access our restoration area throughout the year.

When : May 23th, 2026, 10:00am-2:00pm

What: Mulching Pathways, fencing around trees, cutting back blackberry,(tools provided).

Where : Below Robins field between 5th and 6th, off of Park. Street Side parking on Park Ave or at Robins Park Ball Fields
